Returns and refunds

We want your lights to make the season brighter. If something isn't right, here's how we'll fix it.

7-day returns

You can return your order within 7 days of delivery, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging.

How to start a return

Send us a message through our contact form with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please reach out before sending anything back, since we can't process returns we weren't expecting.

Return shipping

If you're returning something because you changed your mind, you cover the return shipping. If the mistake was ours, you don't pay a thing.

Damaged, broken, or wrong item

Message us through our contact form within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a quick description of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. Most of the time you won't need to send anything back.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we check it, we'll refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Changes and cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order? Message us through our contact form within 12 hours of placing it. After that, your order may already be on its way.
