Every Noel Lights order ships free. Here's what to expect after you check out.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order. No minimum, no codes.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 7 to 12 days after you place them. Busy holiday weeks can add a few extra days, so delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. If you ordered more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages.

Ordering for Christmas

Want your lights before Christmas? We recommend ordering by December 8 to give your package plenty of time.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't show up within the delivery window, send us a message through our contact form with your order number. We'll send a replacement or give you a refund.

Wrong address

Please double check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, message us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll fix it before your order ships.
