Terms of service

Welcome to Noel Lights. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please give them a read before you shop.

Who we are

Noel Lights is an online store selling Christmas lights and holiday decor. Our store runs on Shopify. You can reach us anytime at buildsbydaniel@gmail.com.

Orders

After you place an order, you'll get a confirmation email. We may cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable, if there's a pricing or listing mistake, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you'll get a full refund.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Any taxes are calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders you've already placed.

Product information

We work hard to show our products accurately, but colors, brightness, and size can look a little different on your screen than in real life. Always follow the instructions and safety warnings that come with your lights.

Shipping and returns

Shipping and returns are covered by our shipping policy and our return and refund policy.

Using our website

Please don't misuse this site, try to break it, or copy our content, photos, or branding without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Noel Lights isn't responsible for indirect or incidental damages related to your use of our products or website. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have under consumer protection laws.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the one that applies.
